This historic Smith’s Point Bridge is the focal point of this race set in Shirley, New York. It offers panoramic ocean vistas of Long Island’s magnificent national seashore. The race begins on the barrier beach, continues over the Moriches Bay on the Smith’s Point Bridge, north onto William Floyd Parkway, and then back south over the Bridge and along the park’s inner roadway.

Directions |
Long Island Expressway to Exit 68 South (Wm. Floyd Pkwy)
Stay on William Floyd Parkway for approximately 7.5 miles
Cross over the Smith’s Point Bridge
Continue around to the left to the designated parking area on the barrier beach
There is no parking fee
